Junior UX Designer

We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our product team. You’ll work closely with the CPO to design wireframes, map out product flows, schedule interviews, design surveys and document the product roadmap. We are building something completely new, from scratch, so you will get to experience a product coming to life and be a part of prioritising how we can deliver value to our customers.
We believe this is a great opportunity for someone studying at IFI and wants a highly relevant job next to their studies.

Are you the one we are looking for?
You must have completed 40 points within Interaction design or similar, and preferably you can display good grades in IN1050, IN1060, IN1030 and IN2020 or similar subjects from other Universities.
- You have good experience with tools like Figma
- You are structured, curious and aware of bias
- You are kind and eager to learn
- You are able to think clearly about how people move through a digital product

Terms:
- Permanent part-time position (approx. 40%, to be agreed)
- Flexible workload during exam periods
- Compensation: NOK 165 per hour, paid monthly on the 15th
- Location: primarily in the office, with home office available when needed
- Core hours: 09:00–15:00. Flexibility is possible, but at least half of working hours should fall within this window for cooperation.
